Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft is not permitted at Storey Lake. Street parking is not allowed. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking We don't recommend nor endorse the use of the grill, therefore use it at your own risk and discretion. There is a $75 fee for cleaning the grill and propane tank is not included, be free to get one on the 7 Eleven just a 3 minutes away, please let us know before your stay if you do want the grill. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day. If you choose to heat only the SPA, the cost is $20 per day. Please note that all heating and spa requests must be made prior to check-in and will be applied for the entire duration of your stay. No parties or events of any kind, violations will result in booking cancelation
