Pool heater and BBQ rental are available for prepaid guests only, they are not available after checking in. Daily Pool Heating is charged for entire stay $40/day, spa heat is 25/day (in ground spa is not heated if you do not pay for heater rental), if you do not choose any heating option, the pool will be cold. BBQ grill on site is for the owner only, if requested we can arrange a rental for you. For safety reason, BBQ can only be used outside the swimming cage area side of the house, please send your request for pool heat before your arrival. On the first floor you will find the Formal Living and Dining Room, fully equipped and furnished, spacious kitchen with bar and breakfast, laundry room and a bedroom and bathroom. Family Room overlooks the private, covered and screen enclosed patio with resort style, heated pool and spa. The 2nd floor features a Grand Master Suite with balcony and luxurious en suite bathroom, a 2nd Master with en-suite bathroom, office space and the 4th bedroom and bathroom. There is a Game Room in the garage and the property is located in an ideal location next door to world renowned Championsgate, convenient to major highways, Disney, Universal, Shopping Restaurants and more - Gated community features clubhouse with fitness facility, pool, spa, tennis courts, playground and volleyball.
GUEST ACCESS
Guest have access to entire house including private pool area and air conditioned game room. You will also enjoy high-speed internet and smart TV , living room, dining room and family room. The fun never ends. It's NOT allowed to use this house for ANY kind of events like parties, meetings, conferences, commercial activities. If you plan a party, this house is NOT recommended for you.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking We don't recommend nor endorse the use of the grill, therefore use it at your own risk and discretion. There is a $75 fee for cleaning the grill and propane tank is not included, be free to get one on the 7 Eleven just a 3 minutes away, please let us know before your stay if you do want the grill. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day. If you choose to heat only the SPA, the cost is $20 per day. Please note that all heating and spa requests must be made prior to check-in and will be applied for the entire duration of your stay. No parties or events of any kind, violations will result in booking cancelation
