Home is well maintained, you will have comfortable stay with open concept kitchen and high ceiling for the entire main floor. Pool heater and BBQ rental are unlocked for prepaid guests only, they are not available after checking in. Daily Pool Heating is $40/day, spa heat is 25/day (in ground spa is not heated if you do not pay for heater rental) BBQ is 50/stay (No propane tank included, you can get from 7/11 or bringing your own), please send your request for pool heat before your arrival. For safety reason, BBQ can only be used on the side of the house, not allowed in garage or in the pool cage. GUEST ACCESS
Guest have access to entire house including private pool area and air conditioned game room with table tennis and table football. You will also enjoy high-speed internet and smart TV in every bedroom, living room, dining room and family room. The fun never ends. It's NOT allowed to use this house for ANY kind of events like parties, meetings, conferences, commercial activities. If you plan a party, this house is NOT recommended for you.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Other things to note Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking We don't recommend nor endorse the use of the grill, therefore use it at your own risk and discretion. There is a $75 fee for cleaning the grill and propane tank is not included, be free to get one on the 7 Eleven just a 3 minutes away, please let us know before your stay if you do want the grill. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day. If you choose to heat only the SPA, the cost is $20 per day. Please note that all heating and spa requests must be made prior to check-in and will be applied for the entire duration of your stay. No parties or events of any kind, violations will result in booking cancelation
