GUEST ACCESS
Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas. You also have access to the resort amenities during your stay. All guests over 18 years old are required to register in the gate system. Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Other things to note Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking We don't recommend nor endorse the use of the grill, therefore use it at your own risk and discretion. There is a $75 fee for cleaning the grill and propane tank is not included, be free to get one on the 7 Eleven just a 3 minutes away, please let us know before your stay if you do want the grill. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day. If you choose to heat only the SPA, the cost is $20 per day. Please note that all heating and spa requests must be made prior to check-in and will be applied for the entire duration of your stay. No parties or events of any kind, violations will result in booking cancelation
